Job Title:<\/strong> Business Development Manager<\/h3>

Location:<\/strong> Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Republic of the Congo (Congo-Brazzaville)<\/p>

Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>

We are looking for a professional to lead business development and market prospecting in the DRC and Congo-Brazzaville regions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and promoting the sustainable growth of the company in the optical\/medical sector.<\/p>

Responsibilities: <\/strong><\/p>

\u2022<\/strong>Analyze and identify market opportunities in the designated regions.
\u2022 Establish and maintain strong business relationships with local partners.
\u2022 Implement business strategies aligned with the company\u2019s objectives.
\u2022 Ensure brand image maintenance and quality standards.
\u2022 Manage and implement KPIs: sales, margins, stock, and goal achievement.
\u2022 Support the implementation of new protocols.<\/p>

Requirements<\/strong>:<\/p>

\u2022 Fluency in Portuguese and French.
\u2022 English proficiency is an asset.
\u2022 Degree in Management, Logistics, Optometry\/Orthoptics, or related fields.
\u2022 Previous experience in the optical sector.
\u2022 Passion for commercial and business development.
\u2022 Availability to reside and work in DRC and Congo-Brazzaville.<\/p>

Technical Skills (Hard Skills)<\/strong>:<\/p>

\u2022 In-depth knowledge of the optical sector.
\u2022 Ability to analyze the market and identify opportunities.
\u2022 Proficiency in management and strategic planning tools.
\u2022 Fluency in Portuguese and French; English knowledge is a plus.<\/p>

\u2022 Effective Communication: Ability to clearly and assertively express ideas, facilitating negotiations and partnerships.
