Lenses can be uniformly tinted (having the same colour on the entire surface of the lens) or gradient tinted to make it easier to read.

    Lens colours can be of any colour, but the most common are grey, green and brown. The colour of the lens can be chosen according to the sport practiced and according to the user’s sensitivity to colour, but the most common is that they are chosen solely based on aesthetic criteria. Blue light, when entering our eyes in large quantities and for several years, can accelerate the ageing of ocular structures, particularly the retina.\n

    \nIt can also affect the circadian cycle, thereby disrupting sleep quality.
